Call (714) 744-7797Request a CallbackHow quickly can you get to my property?
We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. [VERIFY: add typical arrival window if you want to publish one.]
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. With your authorization we document the loss, share it with your adjuster and bill your insurer directly for covered work. You are responsible for your deductible and any non-covered items.
Do I have to use the contractor my insurance company recommends?
No. You have the right to choose your own contractor.
How soon can mold start growing after water damage?
Mold can begin to grow within 24 to 48 hours in damp conditions, which is why fast drying matters.
Can I clean up water myself?
Small clean-water spills can often be handled yourself if you dry thoroughly. Larger losses, water that has soaked into walls or floors, and any sewage or floodwater should be handled by professionals.
What should I do first after a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve if you can, avoid standing water near electricity, photograph the damage and call us.
Is it safe to stay in my home after a fire?
Only after the fire department says the structure is safe. Soot and smoke residue can irritate lungs and skin, so limit exposure until cleaning is done.
Do I need mold testing?
Not always. Visible mold and a moisture problem often call for remediation without testing. Testing can help locate hidden mold or confirm cleanup. We can explain which applies to your situation.
How long does drying take?
Many water losses dry in about three to five days, but it depends on materials, the extent of water and conditions. We take moisture readings until your property reaches dry standards.
