Sewage is contaminated Category 3 water. It can carry bacteria, viruses and parasites, so it should never be cleaned up with household tools. Porous materials it touches, such as carpet, padding and drywall, usually must be removed rather than cleaned.
Our crews extract the water, remove contaminated materials, clean and disinfect affected surfaces, control odors and dry the structure. We then rebuild what was removed.
If the backup comes from a blocked main line, you will also need a plumber to clear the cause. We can coordinate with your plumber.
